I have always been an adventurer — curious, active, and drawn to new horizons. My journey began in Greece and led me to California on a full basketball scholarship at the University of the Pacific, an NCAA Division I school, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business. Athletics gave me discipline and resilience, while injuries opened the path to a new passion: yoga and mindfulness.
What started as a tool for recovery soon became a lifelong path. Over the years, I trained with many incredible teachers, but it was Annie Carpenter’s vibrant approach that fully inspired me to begin teaching. Today, I serve as a Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer with YogaWorks, leading 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings in Greece and internationally, both in person and online.
Alongside teaching, I created Little Moments Retreats & Experiences — immersive journeys in Greece and worldwide that invite people to travel, experience new cultures, pause, connect with nature, and rediscover themselves through yoga, meditation, and mindful living.
My love for movement and sport also led me to design ZenHoop, a program tailored for basketball players. ZenHoop integrates yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindset practices to support recovery, prevent injuries, and sharpen focus. It has been embraced by professional athletes, national teams, and coaches, becoming a trusted tool on and off the court. A highlight of this work has been my ongoing collaboration with Giannis Antetokounmpo and professional teams in Greece and abroad, further establishing ZenHoop’s role in performance and recovery.
Most recently, I expanded into Wellness at Work, building customized wellness programs for companies. After 15 years of experience with Holmes Place, I now collaborate with organizations to offer yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation as practical tools for resilience, focus, and wellbeing in the workplace. These programs also include tailored retreats, outdoor activities, and wellness travel experiences offered as rewards for employees.
